Virtual Wellness Week: April 5-10th

We're in uncharted territory. But we're in it together.

This is a tough time for our community. Many of us are feeling extremely uneasy, anxious and nervous for what’s to come and the hardest part is dealing with these emotions without any human to human interaction. That's why the founders of Well Read and Pitch a Friend have put together a week full of programming that helps the mind, body and soul featuring some of our local businesses and national partners. Here is what to expect:

〰️ 3 Evening Breathwork Sessions 🌬️

That's 21 offerings over 6 days. The best part? You have everything you already need in your home. Create structure for your day that infuses wellness, movement and learning into a new routine. All sessions are held on Zoom (you’ll get all the info when you sign up!). Can't make an event live? No worries, we're recording every session! If the ticket price feels out of reach for you during this time, please reach out directly and we will work something out!
